Frequently Asked Questions

Along I-16, we recommend that festival participants take the Allentown Exit 32. We do NOT recommend taking the Danville Exit. Visit our Getting Here tab for more information and a map.


We all love our furry friends, but for your pets' safety, we cannot allow them on the festival premises. Service dogs are allowed only if registered as a service dog and wearing a service vest to identify the dog as such.


Free parking for the festival is available across the street from the festival entrance. Parking coordinators will be available to direct you on where to go.


As a result of their construction, tiny houses and structures at this year's festival require stairs to access and are not wheelchair accessible.

However, there are several wheelchair-friendly activities to enjoy, including hearing from the many vendors in the world of housing and micro-living and listening to the housing experts and policy makers in the speaker lineup.

Please note that the festival grounds are grassy and hilly and may be difficult for some to navigate.


Yes, tickets will be available for purchase via cash or mobile payment (PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App) at the entrance of the festival. Tickets purchased at the gate will be $25, while tickets purchased in advance on Eventbrite will be $20. We recommend you purchase your ticket in advance to be able to enter the venue much quicker.


No, if you purchase a ticket and cannot attend the festival, we cannot offer you a refund. All proceeds benefit the MicroLife Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization as our main fundraiser.


Yes, feel free to leave and re-enter the festival grounds as needed.


Aside from touring our 30+ tiny structures, some of the other attractions included in the ticket price include: petting zoo, koi pond, outdoor kitchen, and more! View our full list of attractions here.


Yes, the attractions (aside from pumpkins in the pumpkin patch) are included in the ticket price. See our Attractions page for additional information.

Yes! Kids can enjoy our petting zoo, hayride, pumpkin patch, and koi pond.

If you would like to sign up to be a volunteer at the festival, please visit our Volunteer page. Volunteers earn free weekend access to the festival. Food will be provided.


Our 6th Annual South Eastern Tiny House Festival t-shirts can be purchased onsite, or pre-ordered on our Eventbrite, and available for pickup at the merch table.

The weather this weekend looks AMAZING! But yes, the festival will be held rain or shine!


Yes, the pumpkins will be for sale on a first-come-first-serve basis. The pumpkins will be sold separately from ticket price. So that you won't have to carry a pumpkin around during the festival, we will hold pumpkins for pick-up before you leave.


Since the festival is being held on a farm, please wear comfortable shoes for walking and weather-appropriate clothing.
