Nikitia Moore-Floyd

Nikitia has been featured on HGTV House Hunters show; she is very dedicated to the tiny house movement. Nikitia is not your typical retired grandmother. "My plans during retirement were to  travel in my tiny house on wheels, visit my grands, and live my life to the fullest!" Then came Covid and this grandmother turned her tiny 317 Sq ft  dream house into a cash house! Listen to Nikitia as she shares with you how she is fullfilling her dreams and living her best life in a big way!

Pat Dunham

Pat Dunham, tiny spaces consultant and specialist, outlines ways you can live comfortably in your own small space.  Her ideas work for space-challenged living environments from tiny homes to efficiency apartments to RV’s and boats.
Long before the tiny house began, Pat lived a life in tiny living quarters for several years aboard a boat with her husband and six children and now lives with her husband Frank and 35-lb dog Annie in their own 236 sq.ft. tiny house.  She speaks on the many benefits of living small, while offering practical advice for downsizing and useful tips for creating storage solutions.

Karen Kramer

Karen recently retired from the U.S. Air Force and has been living on and off in an RV/tiny home since 2011. She met Tom and Denise from Hummingbird Tiny Housing in 2018 through a friend of hers who is a home inspector in Savannah. She learned quickly only your imagination is your limitation! With the help of Tom and Denise, Karen designed, and they built, a tiny house with all the amenities of a larger home which includes two slide-outs. Karen loves living in a smaller space and talking about her experiences of building a beautiful and very comfortable tiny home.
